Descrição

• Responsible for the growth and management of client relationships • Help drive strategic marketing plans and exceed client expectations with creative work • Manage budgets and direct account and project management teams • Develop strategies and execute plans to achieve client goals • Oversee overall strategy, planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of clients' advertising and marketing campaigns • Create insightful objectives and conversion-based strategies • Lead client meetings and manage communications between clients and internal teams • Responsible for team education and growth within the pod • Promote business expansion with existing clients through upsell opportunities

🎯 Requisitos

• 8 to 10 years of client service experience • At least 5 years of direct experience in advertising client service and managing projects within an agency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in executing both traditional communications and digital media strategies • Experience in managing and leading internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at managing client budgets
