Descrição

• Serve as the primary technical driver for delivering high-quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's global enterprise customers • Review and develop architectural plans • Lead diverse delivery teams • Align delivery team activities with customer goals and documented Business Objectives • Define project scope, delivery estimations, resource allocation, and timelines based on product licensing and implementation requirements • Diagnose delivery challenges and formulate remediation plans to maintain scope, schedule, and budget • Lead cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams • Communicate with technical, marketing, and C-suite customers

🎯 Requisitos

• Past experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect and/or Principal Consultant • 4+ years' hands-on experience architecting and/or implementing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories • Strong leadership abilities and ability to convert complex business requirements into technical solutions • Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation, and project timelines • Ability to diagnose delivery challenges and formulate remediation plans within scope, schedule, and budget • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft • Experience with REST APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, security, and data ingress/egress • Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adjust communications for technical, marketing, and C-suite customers • Ability to travel up to 20% within the United States and occasionally internationally • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or MBA, or equivalent experience • One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications preferred as skills that set you apart • Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journeys, including Ad Tech, marketing automation, omni-channel personalization, content management or automation, CRM, media execution, and reporting/insights • Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications preferred • Proficiency with generative and/or agentic AI solutions or hands-on experience building AI agents preferred
