Descrição

• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for the ARM Suite, covering order management, finance connectivity, planning, buying, communications, and measurement workflows • Translate commercial strategy, client needs, and partner relationships into a clear product narrative and sequenced roadmap • Define the platform’s scope, success criteria, phases, and documented trade-offs • Own the API and integration strategy across media platforms, measurement partners, finance and billing systems, network partners, and third-party enrichment sources • Lead the reduction of third-party dependency by extracting institutional knowledge, documenting business rules, and transitioning roadmap and prioritization ownership in-house • Review and approve vendor product designs, scope, and delivery plans • Partner with the Senior Data Engineer on separation of platform design from data correctness and pipeline ownership • Establish and operate a transparent, product-governed intake and prioritization framework with fast paths for revenue-critical work • Define and enforce the authority split between Product and Analytics • Document and socialize product decisions, business rules, and platform constraints • Partner with Analytics to operationalize a formal QA delegation model • Serve as a trusted partner to Analytics & Insights, Reporting, Data Science, Strategy, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Client Services • Align senior leaders on roadmap sequencing, trade-offs, and investment cases • Build a product practice over time, initially working solo and scaling through hires and contributors • Ground product decisions in client and network-partner needs through account exposure, partner conversations, and pitch motions • Ensure ARM Suite produces standardized artifacts for sales, planning, and renewal motions • Position ARM Suite as a durable differentiator supporting client retention and expansion

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of product management experience • Senior product leadership experience at a SaaS, agency-tech, ad-tech, mar-tech, or analytics platform company • Experience owning a B2B platform or product line end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, governance, and stakeholder management • Track record leading internal product ownership transitions away from third-party engineering vendors, contractors, or outsourced build partners • Experience operating with internal teams and external engineering partners, including decisions about in-house versus outsourced ownership • Deep hands-on capability with API-driven product design • Experience standing up API pipelines and integrating third-party data sources for user-facing enrichment • Experience shipping products built on APIs from scratch • Preferred: experience in media, advertising, agency, ad-tech, or mar-tech environments • Preferred: familiarity with order management, finance/billing connectivity, and multi-stakeholder workflow tools • Preferred: working knowledge of advertising, media, and ad-tech APIs, including DSPs, programmatic platforms, measurement and attribution partners, audio, and CTV systems • Preferred: comfort working with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science on data models, BI tooling, and measurement frameworks • Preferred: experience establishing product governance, intake frameworks, and prioritization processes • Strong communication and executive-level storytelling skills • Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to product strategy • High ownership mindset and comfort building a function from the ground up • Collaborative, curious, and motivated by building durable systems
