Descrição

• Conduct and/or direct surveys of asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality testing • Create reports on findings and recommend solutions • Perform industrial hygiene sampling and indoor air quality assessments, including mold, bioaerosols, radon, and particulates • Build and maintain positive client relationships • Draft proposals and cost estimates • Assist the sales team with proposal development for advanced services • Partner with regional sales staff to develop divisional clients through networking and high-quality technical services • Manage projects from start to finish • Prepare proposals and marketing information for clients • Review prices and rates for proposals • Direct ACs or environmental technicians in performing work • Guide clients through difficult technical projects and questions

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of proven experience performing and managing technical industrial hygiene projects • Previous technical Industrial Hygiene experience and knowledge of environmental consulting projects • Experience performing forensic examination and assessments of hazardous or regulated materials, including asbestos, lead paint, and PCBs • Excellent technical writing and critical thinking skills • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities • Ability to manage environmental technicians • Experience with field monitoring equipment for construction, remediation, or industrial hygiene assessments • Experience completing field sampling reports, preparing cost estimates, and attending meetings with architects, engineers, construction managers, and contractors • Proficiency in proposal and report writing • Strong customer service background and experience dealing with internal and external customers • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Corel DRAW preferred • BS/MS Degree or degree candidate in environmental, civil, environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, industrial hygiene safety, or environmental science • Active state asbestos certification(s) required • EPA Mold Training • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER • CSST, CAC or CLIA licensure preferred • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to travel independently and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
