Descrição

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned territories or industries • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, implementation, HR consulting, and leadership teams) to deliver integrated client solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, including HR, Benefits, and Finance leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on trends in health administration, compliance, and employee benefits • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates to support business planning and reporting • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting health administration services

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR services, benefits administration, healthcare, or consulting • Proven success selling complex, multi-service solutions to enterprise or large mid-market clients • Strong understanding of health and welfare benefits, ACA compliance, and/or HR outsourcing solutions • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior decision-makers • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices
