Descrição
• The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals. • Promotes full suite of National General Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners. • Drives key business initiatives, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software. • Collaborates with Independent Agents to assist with strategic business plans, reviews and suggests adjustments as necessary.
🎯 Requisitos
• Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona (Phoenix and surrounding areas). • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred).
