• Lead quarterly revenue forecasts, weekly sales analysis, and the 10-year Long Range Plan • Provide insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and leadership forums • Use tools such as Anaplan and Hyperion (training available) • Partner with Commercial Leadership, including the Brand Lead, to align financial plans with brand strategy • Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts & Pricing (C&P), and Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A)

🎯 Requisitos

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience • OR Master’s degree and 4 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience • OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience • OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience • OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree • Biotech, pharma, or healthcare industry experience • Strength in forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Familiarity with Anaplan or Hyperion
