Descrição

• Independently own key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within it) from initial concept through execution and success measurement. • Alongside an all-star team of peers and stakeholders, steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers of Pro success and inform decision-making. • Build clear and concise presentations that summarize your findings and lead to clear recommendations. • Provide thought partnership to the Partner Strategy team and cross-functional partners. • Program manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadership. • Proactively leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to rapidly synthesize complex partner performance data and cross-functional insights, streamlining the creation of strategic proposals and materials, thereby maximizing time for high-value consultative engagement and driving partner growth. • Work directly with stakeholders at the highest-value customers to help solve problems that unlock business growth for Angi; develop strategies based on those learnings to apply across the Large Pro network

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations experience • Strong analytical and execution background - demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight and decision-making • Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred • Startup experience is a plus • A strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations
