Descrição

• Build and maintain integrations between the marketing-owned stack and Salesforce • Configure workflow automation and lead routing by segment • Automate manual steps for representatives and operators • Capture and process intent data from Starbridge and other account-level signals • Configure signal scoring, deduplication, routing, and delivery into plays • Build, deploy, and support AI SDR, website chat, AI-assisted research, prospecting, and agentic workflows • Stand up and configure new tooling for territory design and pipeline reporting • Build in Salesforce and platforms such as Phave and 1mind • Write custom scripts to meet data and market needs • Build and support contact-enrichment pipelines at the buying-entity level • Pull from multiple sources, deduplicate, normalize, and implement enrichment-quality checks • Document systems and maintain guardrails • Share technical work and raise the technical fluency of system operators • Progressively take on more complex GTM engineering work and greater independence

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 2 years in revenue/marketing/sales operations, GTM systems, growth engineering, or a comparable technical GTM role • Proven track record of independently building and shipping GTM automations or data pipelines • Hands-on CRM ownership as a builder, including objects, automation, and integrations; Salesforce strongly preferred • Demonstrated use of AI for research, prototyping, and troubleshooting • Self-directed problem solving and ability to work without complete specifications • Fluency in written and spoken English • Working proficiency in Python or SQL, ideally both • Fluency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating disparate tools • Fluency with modern enrichment, intent, and automation tooling • Experience designing data flows from source to CRM to downstream systems, including deduplication, normalization, and validation logic • Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent hands-on Salesforce configuration and maintenance experience • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred) • Experience deploying AI SDR, agentic workflows, or LLM-based systems in a live GTM motion (preferred) • Exposure to education technology, higher education, or public-sector sales (preferred) • Experience alongside a separate RevOps or CRM-owning function (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship or immigration support
