Descrição

• Own the Messaging Platform roadmap for live-agent productivity, customer context, knowledge access, and AI collaboration • Define and execute the Virtual Agent and messaging/voice channels roadmap across Web, mobile SDKs, Apple Messages for Business, WhatsApp, RCS, and voice • Lead AI Services including automatic conversation summary, voice-to-text transcription, and AI-augmented response generation • Optimize AI Services for agent handle time, quality, and compliance while balancing accuracy, latency, and trust • Serve as the subject-matter expert on Human + AI collaboration for customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders • Translate customer pain into a prioritized product roadmap • Own external product documentation and drive a docs-first approach • Set strategy and roadmap while balancing customer commitments, technical debt, and platform investments • Establish metrics and telemetry so product outcomes are measurable and decisions are data-driven • Maintain prioritization and communicate product decisions clearly

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS and/or native AI platforms • Technical depth to engage credibly with engineers on model behavior, conversation design, channel architecture, and AI/ML tradeoffs • Ability to reason about accuracy, latency, and trust requirements • Demonstrated ability to own a complex, multi-surface product area with minimal oversight • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and delivery teams to translate pain into a prioritized roadmap • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive to clarity • Track record of shipping features from discovery through delivery • Experience with human-AI workflows or platforms, preferably agent-facing or contact center products • Experience with AI-powered productivity features • Experience with channels, CCaaS platforms, and multi-channel deployments • Comfort navigating AI/ML systems and reasoning about model behavior, latency tradeoffs, and accuracy/trust requirements • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment • Experience owning a product end-to-end • Comfort approaching product development, ideation, and management in an AI-native workflow • Ability to influence across engineering, design, sales, and customer success • Strong organizational and feedback skills
