Descrição

• Run the Professional Services delivery organization • Own day-to-day operations of the team handling migrations, implementations, and custom enterprise engagements • Build an agentic Professional Services organization using AI to augment delivery, accelerate time-to-value, and create capacity for complex work • Build Professional Services as a growth lever by identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Account Management and Sales • Lead engineers and delivery managers • Own delivery quality, project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution • Build and maintain a clear, repeatable service-offering menu • Scope and run custom work while maintaining repeatable delivery • Set strategic direction and translate it into an executable operating plan • Differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering and build supporting proof points • Partner with Sales and Accounts to scope and price engagements and own the transition from close to delivery • Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management to improve the platform and services • Represent Professional Services with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting • Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required • 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers • Experience with large-scale migrations or custom development is ideal • Experience building a services portfolio, including defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable • Experience with the full commercial loop: scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying services outcomes to retention and revenue • Fluency with AI-augmented delivery models • Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders • Proven performance management experience within a team, working with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners • Ability to scope complex engagements and write clearly under pressure • Ability to coach and develop delivery practitioners into delivery leads • Ability to recommend services portfolio direction and diagnose project issues
