Descrição

• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert across Avertium’s service portfolio and advise customers on security, compliance, and risk solutions • Align customer requirements to Avertium products and services through phased, roadmap-driven approaches • Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design • Author custom Statements of Work and detailed line-item Work Breakdown Structures with hours, scope boundaries, and assumptions • Produce pricing and service configurations, including add-ons and best-effort scoping scenarios • Document scope nuances and exclusions and develop reusable offerings, starter kits, runbooks, and WBS templates • Prepare and lead technical meetings, demonstrations, bake-offs, webinars, and executive presentations • Participate in contract negotiations and onsite client/prospect meetings as needed • Facilitate post-sale planning and handoff to delivery • Develop, maintain, and deliver Microsoft Envisioning Workshops across the engagement lifecycle • Tailor workshop modules to customer environments, tooling, and security priorities • Use workshops to demonstrate Microsoft security value, surface findings, and generate follow-on pipeline • Develop, onboard, and maintain channel partner, technology advisor, and CSP relationships • Build partner-facing decks, run enablement sessions, and represent Avertium in competitive bake-offs • Own partner introductions and relationship continuity within the assigned territory and conduct partner site visits • Act as the technical quarterback for AE pipelines from opportunity identification through closure • Maintain opportunity records, notes, and handoff documentation in Salesforce • Participate in sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline reviews • Provide knowledge transfer to sales staff on current and emerging service offerings • Represent customer needs in new-service development and offering refinement or retirement • Maintain technical competency across Microsoft security, compliance frameworks, and AI security • Mentor peers and contribute to shared SA knowledge assets and documentation

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, IT security, or IT administration, including customer-facing or pre-sales technical work • Demonstrated ability to scope and document security engagements, including SOWs, WBS with hours, and technical proposals • Hands-on familiarity with the Microsoft security stack, including Entra/IAM and at least one of Purview or Intune • Working knowledge of at least one major compliance framework: CMMC/NIST 800-171, NIST CSF, or ISO 27001 • Ability to translate framework requirements into a remediation roadmap • Understanding of enterprise security concepts and technologies, including MDR/EDR, email security, and SOC operations • Knowledge of data governance and data protection best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders • Proficiency with Salesforce-based opportunity management and disciplined documentation • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, clients, and partners • Candidates are expected to achieve and maintain relevant technical certifications • Up to 25% travel, frequently outside the local area and possibly including overnight stays
