Descrição

• Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, management companies, and independent creators. • Source new creators for upcoming campaigns and maintain an organized database of talent contacts. • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to understand campaign needs and match the right creators. • Coordinate outreach, negotiations, and agreements with talent and agencies. • Support campaign logistics, including scheduling, deliverables, and approvals. • Track and report on agency and creator engagement to optimize partnerships. • Assist in developing creative strategies for influencer partnerships.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing agency or talent management, or agency relations. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus. • Have a large network of talent agencies and pool of creators & talent • Have large following on Linkedin (followers + connections) with large network in the Influencer industry
