Descrição

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation • Research and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape • Generate leads through various channels including referrals, trade shows, and digital marketing • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders • Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling to understand client requirements • Present product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client needs • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively • Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and outstanding opportunities • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive intelligence

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Experience selling Open Source technology • Strong track record of closing new business in the US • Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory (typically 25-50%)
