Descrição

• Provide domain leadership across all platforms for the Clinical Solutions service line • Oversee the refinement and execution of Clinical Solutions offerings • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical consultants and managers • Manage resource allocation across active engagements • Maintain accountability for delivery quality and execution across all Clinical Solutions engagements • Establish and monitor performance metrics related to delivery quality, consultant utilization, client satisfaction, and team health • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor and primary domain point of contact for assigned clients • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with client and internal stakeholders • Engage as and partner with Client Success Partners

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related clinical field • 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, health IT consulting, or clinical informatics • 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships
