Descrição

• Analyze incoming Data Center trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs • Translate them into a products & solutions strategy that offers competitive differentiation • Derive the system architecture as well as system and sub-system technical requirements • Work with the engineering organization and product managers to drive product solutions • Establish key priorities in workflow processes and oversee resource allocations for strategy optimization • Initially, lead teams in a matrix organization without direct reports • Collect and analyze emerging trends in Data Center build and operation • Assess customer needs and understand competition's technical solutions • Analyze trade-offs and translate needs into strategy for products and solutions offering • Define solution architecture and derive system level requirements • Collaborate with customers, product management, and global stakeholders for scalable solution alignment

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline • 10+ years of systems engineering experience • 8+ years of industry experience working with Data Center customers on cooling system solutions • Masters in an Engineering or Industrial field such as Systems Engineering (preferred) • Familiarity with industrial business models for HVAC, preferably in a Data Center business environment • Proven track record of building trusted relationships cross-functionally and managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/initiatives and ability to make decisions with conviction • Ability to solve complex problems using and finding alternate paths to achieve objectives in a highly constrained and fast-paced environment.
