Descrição

• Drive growth of Castolin Eutectic’s wear services, including CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad and complementary products • Target strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement and/or steel industries • Collaborate with the Wear Solutions team to provide technical and application support • Build and maintain relationships with end users and OEMs • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions • Identify prospects and existing customer needs aligned with company service capabilities • Develop messaging for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion • Maintain an opportunity pipeline in the CRM • Provide technical, design and product support, including assistance with proposals and quotations • Collaborate cross-regionally to share best practices and improve technical and commercial approaches • Achieve sales volume, revenue and gross profit margin targets • Support organizational vision, mission and objectives relating to revenue and profitability • Identify, communicate and support resolution of critical business issues • Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, conferences and training workshops • Keep CRM documentation updated and submit weekly expense reports

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of relevant wear solutions experience as a maintenance manager, plant manager, millwright, sales professional or similar role in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel operations • Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions • Comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel within key accounts • Basic understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry • Consultative communication skills • Mechanical aptitude • Basic print reading skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Self-motivated and self-directed individual • Basic understanding of welding, maintenance and repair technologies (nice to have)
