Descrição

• Inform and/or update author content and pedagogy with universal and portfolio-specific perspectives based on learning theory, currency, and career readiness • Serve as the student journey and discipline-level learning design expert • Collaborate with editorial, business strategy, marketing, authoring and content creation, production, authors, subject matter experts, industry partners, vendors, and other team members • Review new and existing content and update plans against editorial strategy, quality learning standards, research-based insights, and established protocols • Ensure alignment, consistency, and appropriateness across the field • Design digital content to fill gaps and improve learning based on platform functionality, user experience, satisfaction, and content usage statistics • Advocate for accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in content and authoring • Establish and maintain field tools and guidelines for content creation • Support freelance and vendor content creators to ensure quality and timely delivery • Develop new authoring talent and improve understanding of digital products and authoring tools • Apply emerging learning trends and discipline-specific guidelines to innovate and improve learning designs • Stay current with EdTech and subject-area trends, competitive developments, learning science research, and content design standards

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5 years of full-time work experience, preferably with experience in a corporate environment • Knowledge and application of learning science and digital learning methodologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including audience-centric analysis, persuasion, influence, and documentation • Interpersonal skills for problem-solving, making trade-offs, and building rapport • Ability to develop authoring talent/content creators • Ability to handle complex, long-range projects with multiple partners in a dynamic remote-work environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and file-sharing tools • Experience with applied AI • Dedication to continuous professional improvement, learning, and a growth mindset • Educational or professional background in instructional design, learning design, or related field • Experience designing inclusive content for diverse audiences • Teaching experience in higher education • Subject Matter Expertise in Social Science fields, such as Psychology, Political Science, or History
