• Evaluating potential customers, initiating contact, and maintaining records • Work with CRM systems and maintain and keep organized and up-to-date CRM • Processing the leads we get in our CRM (Pipedrive) and ensuring the integrity of the data • Conducting research, facilitating communication
• Experience working with various SaaS and CRM software (Pipedrive) • Good understanding of the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals • Experience in sales is a big plus • Excellent English: spoken and written both (other languages are a bonus) • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Open-minded, quick learner, easy to adapt to the ever-changing payment ecosystem
