Descrição

• Conduct energy audits of existing homes • Use software, quantify savings, and produce reports documenting recommendations, including building electrification opportunities • Provide excellent customer service during and after the audit • Listening to customers to understand their needs and motivations • Answer customer questions clearly • Follow up with customers as needed • Ensure that recommendations comply with program requirements for incentives and rebates • Conduct combustion safety and other diagnostic tests • Analyze usage data

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 1 year of experience working in energy efficiency • BPI certification preferred • Strong math skills with excellent understanding of geometry • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with various utility program offerings and analyzing usage patterns • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and modeling software preferred • Ability to work independently in a field-based position while successfully meeting program deliverables and expectations • Must be able to work in a collaborative team-based environment • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check before the hire date • Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel, maintain a valid driver’s license, and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
