• Oversee multiple locations across the West Coast region for the Souvenir division • Manage regional operations, business strategies, and overall performance • Lead and motivate District Managers and Operations Managers to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service • Develop district strategies and implementation plans supporting regional and company initiatives • Determine district-wide staffing requirements and ensure hiring and onboarding standards are met • Recruit and train qualified District Managers and Operations Managers • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations as needed • Conduct regular site visits and analyze sales activity and reports • Submit weekly audits to identify trends and opportunities and implement operational improvement plans • Establish and maintain venue relations across all locations • Partner with venue management to support efficient operations, guest service, and profitability • Oversee budgeted staff hours, scheduling, timecards, and accurate weekly reporting • Participate in weekly team conference calls and provide operational and revenue updates • Respond to business calls and emails in a timely manner • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Team player able to work independently and understands leadership • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills • Ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions • Flexibility and willingness to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to travel, including overnight travel if required • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed • Comfortable working outdoors in natural weather conditions • At least 18 years of age • Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in retail, tourism, or a related field • Proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint • Daily access to the internet • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
