Descrição

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical searches • Identify and engage high-caliber talent • Conduct candidate outreach and nurture promising candidates through the recruiting process • Support interview scheduling and coordination • Conduct recruiter screens or other candidate conversations as needed • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams on searches, candidate pipelines, and recruiting priorities • Keep candidates informed and deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience • Maintain data hygiene in the ATS and recruiting tools • Contribute to recruiting projects, research, process improvements, and other priorities • Work closely with the in-house recruiter and broader People team

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of recruiting experience • Ideally experience in a high-growth technology environment • Ability to quickly step into searches or recruiting workflows with minimal ramp-up or oversight • Experience sourcing candidates, talking with hiring managers, engaging candidates, and managing recruiting processes • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build high-quality pipelines • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Thoughtful, data-informed approach to recruiting • High bar for accuracy and follow-through • Strong candidate-experience focus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles is a plus • Experience in a consumer technology environment is a plus • Early- or mid-stage startup experience is a plus • Full-cycle recruiting experience is a plus
