• Shape and influence software product direction for manufacturing-focused capabilities • Translate manufacturing workflows into software functionally by partnering with Product Management • Ensure product-market fit by understanding manufacturing operations • Drive AI-enabled innovation to improve automation and decision-making • Engage with customers and industry stakeholders for feedback • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to validate solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations • Deep understanding of the 'jobs to be done' for manufacturing software users • Ability to clearly articulate complex industry concepts to Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders • Forward-thinking perspective on integrating AI/automation into manufacturing software solutions • Bachelor's degree
