Descrição

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview loop coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate engagement through the start date • Recruit senior data and AI engineers, Databricks practitioners, and client-facing consultants • Build and maintain a pipeline for on-demand hiring • Run Ashby as the applicant tracking system and system of record • Maintain clean data, accurate stages, and actionable reporting • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and calibrate candidates against the leveling framework • Maintain hiring standards and challenge incorrect requisitions or levels • Own the end-to-end candidate experience • Assess candidates against published leveling criteria • Build employer brand through referral networks, community presence, and personalized outbound • Report on time to fill, offer acceptance, source of hire, and pipeline coverage • Manage recruiting tools and external agency relationships, including cost and performance • Set the recruiting process, select tooling, and shape how Climb hires as it scales

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with meaningful time in an in-house or embedded seat rather than agency only • Demonstrated ability to close senior technical candidates, including specific examples of personally sourced, managed, and landed hires • Technical fluency sufficient to discuss data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI systems credibly • Ability to differentiate strong engineers and architects • Proven sourcing ability with passive, hard-to-reach candidate pools • Hands-on ownership of an applicant tracking system and clean data management • Ability to operate independently without a recruiting team • Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and executives • Willingness to push back when a requisition or level is incorrect • Experience recruiting for a consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services firm (preferred) • Experience hiring in the data and AI ecosystem, including Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable platforms (preferred) • Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS (preferred) • Experience building a recruiting function from an early stage (preferred) • Familiarity with leveling frameworks, compensation bands, and offer governance (preferred) • Experience using AI-assisted tooling in sourcing and screening workflows (preferred) • Willingness and ability to travel if required • Authorization to work in the country where the job is posted • No current or future sponsorship requirement to work in the United States
