Descrição

• Own technical presales efforts for Cyera’s AI Security offering • Articulate the value proposition of Cyera’s AI Security solution and how it works alongside DSPM and DLP products • Perform Cyera AI Security demonstrations • Lead customer Proof of Value engagements end-to-end, including planning success criteria, deploying/configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, stakeholder readouts, and driving clear outcomes and next steps • Tailor product demonstrations to customer AI Security, data classification, and DLP use cases and personas • Act as the primary technical advisor and expert for sales teams, customers, and prospects • Provide technical expertise on securing the AI data lifecycle, including sensitive data discovery for training and inference and access governance for AI systems • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape • Design customized solutions, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies • Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships and provide post-sales support • Gather customer feedback to improve products and identify innovation opportunities • Bridge sales, product management, and engineering teams • Influence product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback • Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales role within cybersecurity or data security • Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, and the emerging security and governance risks they introduce, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control • Working knowledge of data security fundamentals including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks • Proven track record running technical POVs and demos that translate into technical wins • Excellent communication skills able to speak credibly to both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers • Self-starter comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and industry events • Based in the US, open to candidates in the Pacific or Mountain timezone • Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis • Experience with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tooling • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
