Descrição

• Provide strategic leadership and full ownership across data analytics, enablement tools, performance measurement, and project management activities supporting the Americas Market Access Team • Lead development and sustained execution of analytics frameworks, dashboards, and operational tools to inform decision-making and accelerate business outcomes • Oversee and mentor team members designing and delivering analyses on medical policy coverage, coding utilization, billing and reimbursement metrics, and team effectiveness • Collabor with Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Global Strategy, HEOR, Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Information Technology, Regulatory, and Medical & Scientific Affairs • Oversee contracting and manage consultants supporting the Americas Market Access Team • Lead and manage a growing team, providing leadership, coaching, direction, and performance oversight • Project-manage key initiatives end-to-end and ensure timely delivery of tools and processes for business continuity • Own the strategy for the data analytics and enablement function, including market access tools, market insights, healthcare coding analyses, pricing and fee schedule evaluations, payer coverage dashboards, team dashboards, analytics frameworks, operational tools, and AI-based tools • Utilize Danaher Business Systems components including Daily Management metrics, Problem Solving Process, Bowler reporting, and Action Plan adherence • Drive alignment across Value & Access and the Cepheid matrix organization while influencing without authority • Contribute to team strategies, objectives, and KPI development through data- and analytics-based insights, tool development, and business process optimization

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related work experience OR master’s degree with 8+ years of healthcare analytics experience OR doctoral degree in field with 5+ years of work experience • 6+ years of experience with data analytics, including creating and deploying tools and dashboards leveraging large datasets and data warehouses such as Snowflake • Experience with business analytics and data visualization platforms including SmartSheet, Power BI, and Excel • 6+ years of demonstrated experience in successful project management • Negotiation and business development skills • Ability to handle multiple projects/products and engage effectively with cross-functional groups and senior management • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight • Previous experience with healthcare coding such as CPT, ICD-10, and DRG, and reimbursement mechanisms is a plus • Experience with reimbursement rate and insurance claims databases is a plus • Knowledge of payer decision-making processes, reimbursement rate setting, and compliance with federal program requirements is a plus • Experience with reimbursement for medical devices, particularly in vitro diagnostic laboratory tests, is preferred
