Descrição

• Develop strategic goals and objectives that meet the needs of Commercial Business and customers. • Own and develop service business P&L, allocate resources as required for cost-effective results, and work alongside finance counterparts to ensure success. • Develop and manage revenue growth objectives for areas and territories. • Implement appropriate customer support strategies, and partner with sales to develop tactical and strategic agreements with customers. • Prepare and manage the delivery of Service Business Reviews for key customer accounts on predetermined frequency. • Responsible for the coordination center which acts as the command center of field service, ensuring resolution of customer issues and attaining a cost-effective business approach. • Participate in corporate strategic and tactical planning processes for service.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Biomedical, or related field with 20+ years of experience OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 18+ years of experience • Proven experience leading complex service organizations, including the management and development of multi-level leadership teams. • Working knowledge of Field Customer Support, Service Contracting, and all its related subfields • Knowledge of the medical diagnostic industry
