Descrição

• Develop and implement the global strategic marketing plan for the aerospace and defense market segment • Implement the strategic plan at the regional level with global marketing colleagues • Address wear and friction opportunities, new business models, use cases, and adjacent markets • Analyze global and regional market trends, competitive landscape, and needs-based customer segmentation • Expand addressable markets and drive share gains across space and defense, first-fit and MRO channels, Vespel, MOLYKOTE, and Multibase portfolios • Define regional implementation and communication plans • Support demand planning, pricing, and customer targeting with global and regional insights • Develop a global where-to-play/how-to-win marketing strategy and formal marketing plans • Lead a global market segment team and align action plans for innovations, product launches, and application case studies • Monitor industry developments, regulations, innovations, competition, and customer needs • Develop 4P marketing strategy and regional execution plans • Drive innovation launch execution and sustainable growth • Use CRM to monitor customer-level sales pipelines and growth strategies • Use digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand visibility and recognition • Collaborate with regional sales and technology leadership to prioritize resources • Network with industry experts, customers, prospects, and value-chain influencers • Partner with marketing communications on demand-generation strategies

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, engineering, or another related field; MBA is a plus • 10+ years of aerospace and/or defense market development experience; channel management experience is a plus • Demonstrated business and financial acumen • Ability to collect and analyze data and communicate insights effectively • M&A strategy and execution experience is a plus • Ability to understand unfamiliar markets through primary research and analysis and develop strategic plans • Technical acumen and ability to communicate technical information to various audiences • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated success working in global, diverse, and cross-functional teams • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Strong project management expertise • Strategic thinking abilities • 25% travel required, at times more • English language
