Descrição

• Design smart logistics solutions. • Build trusted partnerships. • Make an impact. • Lead complex consulting engagements—working closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to design innovative, cost‑effective material handling solutions that solve real operational challenges. • Analyze data, develop forward‑thinking concepts, and confidently present solutions that build trust and deliver tangible ROI. • Problem‑solving, working directly with clients, and shaping future‑ready logistics systems.

🎯 Requisitos

• 4-year BS Degree in Engineering or other technical degree is preferred or equivalent years of experience. • 3+ years experience with automated material handling solutions. • Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD (2D), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with AutoStore is a plus. • Excellent knowledge of material handling technologies and how they are applied. • Knowledge of data analysis in the logistics industry and ability to clearly present findings to clients. • Ability to lead detailed solution design process both internally and externally. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with confidence. • Intelligent, persistent, and coachable. • Self-motivated and highly driven. • Exceptional Interpersonal skills. • Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients. • Excellent time-management skills to meet promised schedules. • Strong work ethic and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as necessary. • Capable of working on multi-faceted engineering design projects of any magnitude. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and budgeting skills. • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. • Highly creative and curious. • Detail oriented.
