Descrição

• Design, build, test, and support scalable, resilient software aligned with Empower’s business and architectural strategies • Develop and enhance complex applications, including new features and improvements for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability • Partner with developers and architects to evolve the codebase, tools, and development processes • Provide technical leadership in design finalization, code reviews, and production support and maintenance • Contribute to and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines • Write automated and unit/functional tests and maintain high test coverage • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues • Apply security controls and disaster recovery principles • Drive application resiliency through thoughtful design and robust engineering • Create prototypes and proofs of concept • Design scalable solutions, articulate trade-offs, and communicate them to stakeholders • Produce detailed design documentation for implementation and estimation • Contribute to long-term architectural vision • Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams • Promote coding, architecture, and process best practices while coaching and mentoring engineers • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies • Lead design and implementation of critical software components and systems • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience • 2+ years of professional experience developing solutions in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Industry Clouds • Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and expertise in at least one OOP language, such as Java or Python • Working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, and CloudWatch • Familiarity with Splunk and Datadog APM • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions involving multiple stakeholders • Experience designing critical applications interacting with multiple internal and external systems • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery • Continuous learning mindset and interest in emerging technologies • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience deploying updates, diagnosing production issues, and implementing integrations • Preferred: 2+ years of Salesforce OmniStudio or Financial Services Cloud experience • Preferred: 6+ years of hands-on OOP development with modern frameworks and tools • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred) • Architecture-level certifications • Practical experience designing and building scalable enterprise solutions • Strong knowledge of modern integration methods • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and an adequately equipped home workspace for remote work
