Descrição

• Own hiring pipelines end-to-end across research, engineering, communications, and operations • Work closely with the Head of People and hiring managers across every team • Scope new roles and define ideal candidates, must-haves, and realistic timelines • Design interview processes and run hiring rounds from job description to signed offer • Advertise roles, seek referrals, and proactively source candidates through networks, job boards, communities, and direct outreach • Design skills assessments and screening filters that mirror real work • Handle candidate communications with fast, warm, and complete responses • Screen high volumes of applications in the ATS and calibrate judgments with hiring teams • Project-manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds, including pipelines, scheduling, budgets, and decision timelines • Coordinate interviews and paid work trials • As a Senior Recruiter, own hiring analytics decisions and recommend budgets for hiring rounds

🎯 Requisitos

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally at a small or early-stage organization, or 3+ years for a Senior Recruiter • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; the company uses Lever • Comfort experimenting with AI tools in your workflow • Familiarity with the AI research landscape and adjacent research/nonprofit communities • Excellent communication skills • Strong prioritization under pressure • Transparent reasoning and ability to explain judgment calls to hiring managers • High agency and ability to independently find answers • Ability to travel; three team retreats per year are strongly recommended • Professional-level English proficiency • Application materials must be submitted in English
