• Collaborate within a co-selling model incentivizing both you and primary Account Executives to win together • Learn and master both our own and partners' propositions to effectively position and sell them to the market • Spend approximately 80% of your time as an overlay sales specialist, partnering with existing sales people and accounts to identify, advance, and close opportunities • Dedicate 20% of your time to generating new business through own direct sales pursuits • Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to colleagues, demonstrating deep knowledge of how businesses use data for marketing to build trust and drive early success • Manage and nurture a select number of existing partner relationships • Work cross-functionally with internal Product, Operation, Sales, and Service teams to evaluate and execute on partner propositions • Monitor markets, industries, companies, competitors and sales activities to identify potential opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Strong business development, sales, and/or strategic partnership experience • Proven experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles and/or acting as an overlay/specialist to existing salesforce • Cross-functional team leadership experience and skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills, particularly ability to articulate complex marketing data concepts to internal colleagues and clients • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Well-developed leadership skills
