Descrição

• Build lasting relationships with ERPA’s Workday customers • Manage a portfolio of Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS clients • Oversee all aspects of project delivery • Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice • Serve as a culture champion for ERPA’s core values • Act as the key connection between consultants and clients • Lead multiple Workday engagements concurrently • Ensure projects remain within Statement of Work scope and meet milestone and budget targets • Gauge and report project health • Monitor risks, issues, and escalations • Conduct status updates and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance • Assist with work assignments and resource management for Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS engagements • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and referenceability

🎯 Requisitos

• A Workday EM/PM certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA • 3-6 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem (partner, Workday direct, or client-side) • Experience leading Launch Flex and Launch Express deployments to go-live • Experience managing and delivering across numerous simultaneous projects spanning Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and Optimization engagement types • Strong mastery across multiple Workday methodology approaches, including ability to articulate risk profiles, structural differences, and client readiness requirements • Prior experience managing projects utilizing Smartsheet • Ability to learn new systems quickly, including JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive approach to ensuring alignment with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must successfully pass the pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and applicable licensing verification
