Descrição

• Architect, design, create, and build web application features • Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms • Analyze user needs to implement front-end design, graphics, performance, and capacity • Integrate applications with other platforms as needed • Stay current with web developments and trends • Prototype and deploy backend web applications using modern open-source software • Handle server-side processing, data storage, and frontend integration • Author API and deployment operations documentation • Learn new programming tools and techniques • Handle large datasets and scale their processing and storage • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to develop and maintain an external-facing web portal for an enterprise data and analytics platform • Design and develop user-facing features using JavaScript and React JS • Develop, debug, and improve front-end performance • Translate designs and wireframes into reusable, testable, efficient front-end code • Build, iterate, and test scalable back-end APIs • Design and develop data models to optimize web application data access • Participate in Agile processes, including standups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning • Gather and implement business requirements with product owners and business analysts • Gather and implement product, front-end, and back-end requirements with designers and engineers • Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements to the existing application • Communicate and clarify designs and requirements with product managers, engineers, and QA

🎯 Requisitos

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government • U.S. citizenship or eligibility for clearance through the Foreign National Government System • Foreign-national candidates must have lived within the United States for at least 3 of the previous 5 years • Valid, non-expired passport from country of birth and appropriate visa/work permit documentation, where applicable • Minimum 4 years of related experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another related scientific or technical discipline • Experience with a major cloud service provider; AWS preferred • Strong Python and Django skills and experience • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Node.js and React or Angular • APIs, JSON, Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, RESTful practices, and GraphQL • Docker containerization and deployments • Relational and non-relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB • Benchmarking, monitoring, and performance engineering tools such as Grafana, Sentry, and Prometheus • Automated end-to-end unit tests and testing platforms • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills • Git and AWS DevSecOps • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Agile methodology and test-driven development • Atlassian Jira/Confluence • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences • Knowledge of AuthN and AuthZ systems, including Active Directory, Okta, and AWS IAM Policies/Roles using attribute-based access controls • Knowledge of Medicaid data and healthcare data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the healthcare industry
