Descrição

• Support development of credit card product features and lifecycle design • Manage onboarding and account management frameworks • Review and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) • Bring SME in Credit Product launch and enablement – legal and compliance as well • Assist the execution team around prioritization and feature/product level controls and guardrails • Define backend data requirements, including data capture, storage, and usage • Establish customer communication flows (notifications, servicing, alerts) • Coordinate integration with customer support portal • Collaborate with technology and controls teams to ensure smooth product implementation • Support product build activities and ensure alignment with overall product strategy

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 12 Years of Experience in credit risk product, particularly in credit cards/ commercial cards • Strong understanding of onboarding, servicing, and account lifecycle • Experience creating and managing PRDs • Strong track record of delivering against established goals and roadmaps. • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications • Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, compliance) • Analytical mindset with exposure to data and reporting tools
