Descrição

• Build and maintain a professional network of candidates in the Senior Living sector • Cultivate relationships to identify and engage top talent for current openings, future roles, and referrals • Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital sourcing platforms to source qualified candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline • Stay current on sourcing tools and technologies and implement efficient, cost-effective recruitment strategies • Recruit permanent staff to reduce contract labor • Follow innovative recruiting strategies that differentiate ESL in a competitive market • Communicate job compensation, benefits, schedules, conditions, and organizational culture to candidates • Create an engaging candidate experience highlighting the organization’s culture and values • Support retention and engagement efforts with HR and leadership teams throughout the candidate journey • Partner with hiring managers and regional team members to identify, select, and onboard candidates • Participate in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and cross-departmental meetings • Use Workable ATS to manage requisitions and the candidate interview lifecycle • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions, recruiting activities, and job posting accuracy • Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events • Take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed

• Passion for connecting people with their dream jobs and inspiring candidates about the value and fulfillment of the work • Personal accountability and commitment to professional growth • Ability to track and exceed KPIs and metrics • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Conceptual thinking and strategic problem resolution • Exemplary professionalism • Expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate evaluation, and talent selection • Highly skilled in talent acquisition and retention • Commitment to recruitment best practices • Exceptional follow-up and communication abilities • A degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or related field; bachelor’s preferred • Three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources, Full Cycle Recruiting, or related field • Proficiency in MS Office and other common computer applications • Prior experience in regional, multi-site, and multi-state healthcare recruitment preferred • Fluency in recruiting tools, ATS (Workable preferred), and HRIS systems • Successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy • Certain positions may require fingerprinting and Level 1 or Level 2 background screening
