Descrição

• Own API partner onboarding and technical support from setup through testing, launch readiness, and early-life support • Review Menu API requirements and coordinate menu structure and mapping with the Menus team • Support external partners and integrators through Zendesk, Slack, email, and live troubleshooting sessions • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex API, authentication, webhook, order-flow, and Delivery API issues • Reproduce and isolate issues using Postman and GraphQL, inspect webhook payloads and logs, identify root causes, and escalate with documented reproduction steps • Partner with Product, Engineering, PMO, Menus, and Operations to investigate issues and improve the API partner experience • Monitor API tickets and incidents, identify recurring failure patterns, and recommend process, tooling, and documentation improvements • Use SumoLogic and Sigma to improve visibility into integration health and surface risks • Define and improve support playbooks, troubleshooting guides, Zendesk macros, and developer documentation • Provide technical training and enablement to internal teammates and external partners • Support Menus API, Delivery API, Store Hours, and partner communications • Contribute to partner communication and migration planning for the v1 GraphQL-to-v2 REST transition • Build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders while operating with ownership, judgment, and autonomy • Mentor teammates and serve as a senior technical resource across the Integrations group

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong experience supporting API-based integrations in a technical support, implementation, partner support, or solutions-oriented role • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs • Ability to interpret JSON and XML, read logs, and reason about webhook and event-driven flows • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience managing escalations and balancing multiple priorities • Strong operational mindset and desire to improve systems, documentation, and workflows • Ability to connect technical issues to customer, partner, and business impact • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and integration patterns • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other events • ezCater does not sponsor applicants for work visas or legal permanent residence • Nice-to-have qualifications include Postman, webhook inspection, HMAC signature validation, Zendesk, SumoLogic, Sigma, SQL, Python, API versioning, and mentoring experience
