Descrição

• Deliver specific course content in an online environment • Provide instruction, support, and guidance while managing the learning process • Personalize learning and differentiate instruction based on student mastery • Monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system • Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences • Maintain the grade book and make student placement and promotion decisions • Alert administrators to concerns about student performance and progress • Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests • Establish and maintain positive rapport with families • Communicate with and respond to students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner • Support learning coaches/parents with curricular and instructional issues and basic virtual-classroom troubleshooting • Collaborate with teachers to interpret and produce student-data representations and use data to drive instructional decisions • Travel up to 20% for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or school requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree • Active state teaching license • Arizona Teaching Certification • Arizona Finger Printing Card • Ability to clear required background check • Must reside in Arizona; candidates in surrounding states may be considered • 0–1 year of related professional experience stated • Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week • Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during the workday • Ability to collaborate with other teachers and use student data to drive instructional decisions • Receptive to regular coaching from administrators and teacher trainers • Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time • Desired: experience working with the proposed age group • Desired: experience supporting adults and children in using technology • Desired: experience teaching online/virtually and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment • Desired: experience with online learning platforms
