Descrição

• Support the planning and execution of current and future Retail Activations initiatives across the United States • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Technology, Logistics, Field teams, and People teams • Manage travel, vendor, and accommodation logistics • Oversee activation inventory and recommend improvements • Liaise between internal teams and logistics partners • Develop training materials and standardized processes for teams supporting Retail Activation initiatives • Implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency • Gather and encourage feedback from all levels of the organization • Travel nationwide to execute on-site activation initiatives • Promote Fabletics culture through collaboration and accountability • Report to the Director, Retail Activations

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven ability to support projects from start to finish • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven, with creative and big-picture thinking • Proactive team member comfortable thriving in ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion • Project management experience • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels • Skilled in prioritizing, problem-solving, and adapting quickly • Passionate team player with a customer-first mindset • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Must be 18+ years old • Preferred experience with consumer, apparel, or lifestyle brands • Preferred experience in event coordination/management • Possesses at least 2 of the following: Event Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, People Management, Inventory Management, Craftsmanship
