Descrição

• Review incoming lien waiver requests and sworn statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines • Validate supporting documentation, including proof of payment, invoices, and job information • Ensure compliance with state-specific lien waiver laws and internal risk policies • Use Billtrust to confirm customer payments, remittance details, and cash posting status • Navigate Trilogy to access customer job information, invoice data, order history, and account notes • Use a Notary platform to electronically process notarized lien waivers when required • Use the Handle Platform to execute waivers • Communicate with customers, sales teams, and field credit regarding waiver requests • Manage a high volume of daily emails and take inbound calls • Serve as the primary point of contact for a nationwide customer base • Act as a liaison between customers and customer-facing associates/departments • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of account-related issues • Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• 1–3 years of credit experience • Effective verbal and written communication • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Strong and accurate data entry skills • Ability to perform basic math functions • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change • Ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple demands, and meet timelines • Eagerness to learn and strong critical thinking skills • Highly detail-oriented • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Understanding of construction lien waivers would be a plus
