Descrição

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads • Track all sales activity in the company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customers • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions • Meet and / or exceed sales quotas • Local representation at industry association and client events • Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrates that the customer always comes first. • Displays a positive, constructive, “can do” attitude. • Uses sound judgment and discernment skills. • Takes ownership for one’s own performance and is actively engaged in becoming proficient at their job. • Ability to understand how one’s tasks and responsibilities are related to other departments, the company business, and the local flooring industry. • Works diligently and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. • Projects maturity and professionalism. • Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. • Strives to proactively identify potential problems and offers or suggests effective solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. • Industry experience in Construction - working with General Contractors • Experience working with developers • Flooring Experience preferred • Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills. • Have & maintain a valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance • Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc. • Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales. • Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
