Descrição

• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down larger technological programs and assisting with project staffing • Lead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines • Communicate with clients, company leadership, and project teams by measuring and sharing project metrics and status • Recommend program changes as needed • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives across all phases • Manage projects across non-direct reports by escalating risks and implementing mitigation solutions • Prepare detailed statements of work and assist with new proposal efforts and business development • Combine project management execution, technical insight, strategic/program-level thinking, customer-facing leadership, governance discipline, and accountability for deliverables

🎯 Requisitos

• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle • 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred • Technical understanding and project management discipline • Program-level thinking • Customer-facing leadership • Ability to drive governance and accountability • Experience leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability for deliverables • Understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods • Experience with project management software • Ability to translate broader program objectives into clear project scope and milestones • Ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues • Strong executive presentation and clear communication skills • Ability to communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders • Must use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Remote-based within the United States
