• 5+ years leading enterprise, client-facing implementation projects. • Strong communication, leadership skills, and a result-oriented focus. • Driven cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects. • Experience implementing complex SaaS or health-tech solutions. • Partnered with clients and internal teams to analyze integration needs, data mapping, and workflow requirements essential for successful integrations. • Led client facing presentations and conducted regular status meetings with clients and internal teams, delivering clear and concise updates on project progress. • Educated clients on product features and best practices, providing the comprehensive training and resources necessary to maximize solution value. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams. • Facilitated post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across implementation and client success practices. • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, Asana/Smartsheet, and others. • A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
