Descrição

• Lead, manage, and support software modules integrating disparate systems, sensors, services, and cloud environments • Collaborate with system engineers, sensor specialists, UI developers, cybersecurity teams, and government stakeholders • Participate in full lifecycle development: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, and support • Architect API-based solutions with data transformation, API orchestration, and secure communications across OT, IT, and edge systems • Develop edge-compute components for data ingestion, sensor fusion, event correlation, and metadata packaging • Build and maintain C# services, libraries, and microservices supporting system interoperability • Work with structured and unstructured data using JSON for serialization, data models, event metadata, and system logs • Integrate software with on-premise edge devices, surveillance systems, and operational field technologies • Implement DHS-compliant cybersecurity controls, including role-based access, encryption, secure protocols, and hardening techniques • Troubleshoot systems, perform diagnostics, optimize performance, and resolve real-time issues • Contribute to scalability recommendations, architectural improvements, and future system evolution plans • Support solution development and integration for U.S. Border Patrol Integrated Surveillance Tower deployments and modernization efforts

🎯 Requisitos

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree • 10+ years of related experience • Proven experience developing system-to-system integrations, middleware services, and multi-platform API-driven solutions • Experience with PureTech and Lattice solutions • Experience architecting and implementing RESTful APIs • Experience integrating third-party APIs • Experience designing interface control documents (ICDs) • Experience with edge devices, distributed compute nodes, IoT/OT systems, or real-time sensor platforms • Strong professional experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, service development, multithreading, and asynchronous programming • Extensive experience using JSON for data exchange, serialization, schematization, and API contract design • Hands-on experience applying DHS or federal cybersecurity requirements • Secret security clearance; CBP BI/Suitability required • US citizenship required • 20% travel anticipated
