Descrição

• Lead execution of software development engineering strategies aligned with organizational business, product, and technology objectives • Drive engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery • Foster accountability, quality, and on-time delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and development standards • Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with enterprise priorities • Establish and maintain engineering standards, governance practices, and operational frameworks for software scalability, reliability, and performance • Monitor engineering performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive improvements in delivery efficiency and system quality • Build, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across IT organizations • Ensure application and system availability metrics meet established service level agreements

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree • 8 or more years of experience in software development engineering, application development, or related technical disciplines, including clinical laboratory experience • 3 or more years of experience leading teams or enterprise-scale engineering initiatives • 3 or more years of experience designing, developing, or overseeing complex enterprise software systems or platforms • 3 or more years of experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives • Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operational workflows and order-to-report/bill processes • Demonstrated ability to lead software engineering strategy and execution in a complex enterprise environment • Expertise in scalable system design, software development lifecycle management, and engineering governance • Commitment to inclusive, accountable, and transparent leadership • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate priorities, risks, and outcomes to technical and business stakeholders • Ability to build collaborative partnerships across internal and external teams
