Descrição

• Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean • Develop annual marketing plans and translate regional and global strategies into locally relevant programs and campaigns • Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and growth opportunities • Manage the local marketing budget and align investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes • Partner with Sales leadership on market priorities, pipeline needs, key accounts, and growth opportunities • Develop integrated demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns • Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI • Communicate marketing plans, results, insights, reports, and recommendations to Sales and regional leadership • Collaborate with Channel Sales and strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and partner engagement • Support partner events, campaigns, communications, and co-marketing activities • Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across the market • Adapt global and regional content for local audiences • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on digital marketing, content, PR, social media, customer communications, and brand initiatives • Develop and execute calendars for industry events, customer events, partner activities, trade shows, and executive engagements • Evaluate sponsorship and event opportunities and improve event strategy • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners

🎯 Requisitos

• Licenciatura / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Más de 8 años / 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including experience managing marketing programs within the region • Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales organizations and supporting demand generation and pipeline growth • Experience with channel/partner marketing is strongly preferred • Experience managing events, digital campaigns, content, and integrated marketing programs • Strong understanding of the regional business environment and B2B customer landscape • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Experience working within a global or multinational organization is an asset • Spanish: Native • English: Professional fluency required, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
