Descrição

• Own the P&L for Fliff’s games businesses, including revenue, margin, content costs, and promotional spend • Define the strategy and roadmap to grow the social sweepstakes casino into a best-in-class casino product • Identify, evaluate, and launch new games verticals and offerings • Set revenue, engagement, and retention targets and report performance to executive leadership • Lead product direction for the games portfolio, including lobby experience, game discovery, merchandising, jackpots, missions, and gamification • Prioritize the games roadmap with Product and Engineering • Use data, customer insights, and market research to build a differentiated games experience inside the Fliff super app • Own relationships with game studios, aggregators, and platform vendors, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and ongoing management • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements • Run regular business reviews with partners • Partner with CRM and Marketing on promotions, lifecycle campaigns, and go-to-market plans • Work with Payments & Fraud, CX, and Compliance to ensure games operate safely within the sweepstakes model • Build and lead the Games team over time

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years in iGaming, social/sweepstakes casino, or real-money gaming, including 3+ years in a GM, commercial, or product leadership role • Demonstrated P&L ownership of a gaming or digital consumer business • Deep knowledge of casino content, game mechanics, and the studio/aggregator landscape; sweepstakes model experience strongly preferred • Track record negotiating vendor commercials and managing strategic partnerships • Naturally curious self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts • Strong analytical toolkit: fluent in games KPIs (GGR/NGR, hold, ARPPU, retention) and comfortable building business cases • Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, marketing, CRM, CX, and fraud teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred • Experience launching a new gaming vertical or product line from zero • Familiarity with sweepstakes compliance and promotional regulations in the US market • Experience managing external game studios or co-development partners
