Descrição

• Support the Sales Team to grow the CLS MYA portfolio in Software & Controls Solutions • Lead overall proposal development and bring finance, Services, engineering, product line, tax, risk, legal, and Order to Remittance stakeholders together • Support deal teams in achieving orders, sales, and margin targets • Qualify opportunities and develop indicative, budgetary, and firm MYA proposals • Lead proposal efforts and customer negotiations • Provide commercial support including risk assessment and mitigation and terms and conditions • Run inflation and escalation evaluations, financial analysis, scenario planning, and pricing strategy • Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders • Draft and negotiate contracts and close negotiation gaps with customers • Collaborate with internal MYA teams, GE Vernova business lines, internal customers, and external customers • Provide price tracking and trending analysis for MYA products • Present deals for delegation-of-authority approvals and ensure ITO process compliance • Manage tender schedules, internal approvals, bid submission, and order-booking readiness • Challenge existing tendering habits and propose innovative cooperation methods • Use Salesforce.com and CPQ to manage proposal risk profiles and pipeline forecasts • Support handover meetings with Order to Remittance to accurately depict as-sold pricing and scope of supply • Lead communications and deal reviews with senior and executive leadership • Support evolution and continuous improvement of the CLS MYA product line

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in Power business tendering • Prior experience with multi-year transaction risk evaluation and mitigation • Understanding of complex financial multi-year models and advanced-level formula-driven spreadsheets • Willingness to travel 30% • Knowledge in Software & Controls Solutions (SCS) Business Product Lines • Prior technical and/or field experience • Prior experience with contract drafting and managing and negotiating complex commercial and legal terms and conditions • Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally and gain consensus with multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize simultaneously • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Fluency in multiple languages • Strong business acumen, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs • Strong oral and written communication skills in English • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • MBA desired
