Descrição

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and hiring teams to establish effective recruiting strategies • Manage full lifecycle recruiting and develop a balanced candidate source mix • Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions • Use talent market insights and research to influence sourcing strategy • Build and use recruiting resources and assets for high-quality candidate conversations • Use data to develop and execute hiring team management strategies • Cultivate a positive candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication • Monitor pipeline management metrics to evaluate recruiting process effectiveness • Develop course-correction recommendations using ATS data, candidate surveys, and feedback loops • Contribute to Talent Acquisition process iteration and continuous improvement • Apply recruiting pipeline knowledge to identify industry best practices and evaluate competitors • Promote GitLab values and culture in daily and external-facing work • Partner with Talent Brand on employer brand content, networks, and partnerships

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience recruiting at all levels, preferably for Sales positions across Customer Success, Professional Services, Field Operations, Enablement, and Ecosystems • Proven success recruiting for positions in competitive global and remote job markets • Focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience • Ability to remain efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities • Ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships across multiple time zones • Working knowledge of candidate tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse • Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn and use Git and GitLab • Remote working experience in a public technology company setting is an added advantage
