Descrição

• Serve as the primary strategic technical advisor and point of contact for assigned customers • Own the technical account strategy for assigned customers • Develop and maintain strategic technical roadmaps • Lead technical decision-making and architecture review workshops • Guide customers through architecture and implementation choices • Define evals, governance, observability for advanced customer workflows • Design and deliver strategic technical builds • Provide technical enablement to customer admins, developers, and stakeholders • Align technical plans with Customer Success and Account teams • Translate customer friction into engineering-ready product feedback • Support customer governance and security motions • Own cross-account technical programs and reusable blueprints • Contribute to the Glean customer technical community • Shape the SA organization through mentorship and advanced enablement programs

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of relevant technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Software development experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go • Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, and enterprise application architecture • Strong AI fluency that goes beyond basic prompting • Strong technical debugging skills • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies in at least one: GCP, AWS, or Azure • Security and audit fluency • Experience defining production-readiness requirements for AI-powered workflows • Experience moving AI use cases from prototypes to production-quality systems • Strong executive communication, technical account management skills • Experience supporting architecture-heavy customers.
